I hope the app is still in development. It definitely needs more security options for the buyers! I just got ripped off for buying a ticket which was falsely described in the wrong sector of a big hall and I ended up watching the show alone, apart from all my friends, because you see the actual ticket only once you pay for it and there is no option for an instant return :( At least the description of the ticket's area/sector should be double checked by the app when the venue is big and divided!

In general I really like the app. But that's only the case when things go according to plan. If a show gets cancelled, then they don't actually offer any refund and you are only able to hire a debt collector on your own, risking more money. Sellers can decide to not pay you back with little to no repercussions. It's a shame because otherwise I like the app. I'd suggest only buying same day tickets to minimize the risk.

The notifications the app sends you are useless. There's a delay between tickets becoming available and the app sending a notification. 100% of the time if you tap the notification the ticket are long gone. Do not download this app as it is of zero use. According to other reviews it's been this way for years, so they won't fix it.
