on multiple occasions the app will bug and not allow you to turn notifications on or off. if you are trying to get to an event where this error persists, theres a chance you won't be able to even view the event and it won't update the ticket selection. it's frustrating but other than that the app does work. it's happened to me to many times however that I can't give it more than 2 stars

Plagued with bots and touts. App seems to work well enough, although I've never managed to buy any tickets. A sold out event with 400 users wanting tickets is swamped with bots. You can be on the page when a ticket gets listed yet you're always beaten, you can tell it's bots as when a ticket is being paid for it shows usually shows as reserved, with bots it doesn't. Likewise touts sell tickets on the app, I've seen the same user listing more than 10 sets of tickets for another event.

Once I bought a ticket, which turned out to be a mass scam (this person sold about a hundred of them), but all they did was start a chat and offer the seller to return me money. Nice support, great protection! 👏 not freezing the money until the event happens and the buyer can enter it, makes me think they are into it somehow
