We have been using TickTick for a few years for home and personal management. Love that i can customize in so many different ways when things can repeat. A feature i would love to have is being able to share a folder with one or more other people. Everyone who is sharing the folder could then add items or click that it is done without seeing everything else in my account. I like the features that are in the laptop version and not in the phone app so I mostly use that version.

This app is perfect in a lot of ways. It has a lot of flexibility in organizing and categorizing and includes powerful features often only seen in more expensive apps. What drives me crazy, is how broken the Google Assistant experience is. Essentially anytime I've ever want to use Google Assistant with it, it has been a headache... I've had to authorize it again and again and even then, 9 out of 10 times, it just doesn't work.

So far so good! I've been using the free version for a week now, and I'm loving it! I'm still learning to get the full potential for my needs, but it handles list and recurring events, with ending dates and times (detailed and Personalized), the way I was looking for. I love the Eisenhower Matrix, probably the payed version customizes better than the free one, but I love it, as that's something I learned in the book, and keep in mind through the day. I will switch to the payed full version soon.

- Focus floating window: While using other apps, you can have the focus timer hover over them, allowing you to check the focus status in real-time (open it from "···" after starting to focus).
