Ratings and reviews

Nearly a 1 day has passed and my deposit is still not credited to my account. but there has been no resolution till now. I contacted support multiple times through email, yet all I get is the same automated reply saying they are "working on it with priority" without any real update or timeline. This experience is extremely disappointing and stressful. Honestly, this app is not even worth 1 star. It's very frustrating.

Worst experience. They have not been crediting my money to my account for the last 7 days. Everyday saying we are working hard on it. Don't know what they are working on a UPI payment. And before that they are saying that should wait for 5 working days. After 5 working days they are working on it and not giving a time for refund or credit to my account.🙁

In my previous experiences of other trading systems, this one is perhaps the best i used so far. It is normal that you must have some experience in Trading before you can trade with actual money so I highly suggest you practice with the demo account first before making a deposit. On top of that, they recently updated the system so that the maximum amount of demo dollars is now $100 instead of $10,000. $10,000 is very illogical, thank goodness they changed it.
