Love this app, it has helped me so much
Works very smoothly and gives me a lot of control which I appreciate, my only issue is that the store design setup was a bit confusing, but outside of that, very smooth experience so far.

it is impossible to search for any products or even store names on this app. it is incredibly frustrating and i have no idea how it hasn't been addressed yet.

Hello i am from Ghana and i would love to use your app to shop and sell. My friends too. But more than half our residents use our local network payment plans. So besides paypal can you please include our local network/telecommunication payment plan to the app. It will be much easier for my people. Thanks

Insights not running Downloaded this app to keep track of my shop while out and about but the insights just keeps loading and doesn't show me any information

Needs to be easier to pay your commission directly. I don't like having money taken from my account automatically.

Search function and follow function broke Im finding that when i go to my profile, the stores I followed aren't recorded in my profile. Also when I search no results come up in the results parts of the sections (people, shops, etc.) even though I know they exist! Please fix this as this hinders the reason for using the app and hurts business for seller's shops.

so easy and cheap I love that I can pay 1.50 a month and use my own domain name. I drive my own business to my site. so I just needed a place that was free of fees for the orders to be received. this is perfect for me. thanks edited to add it still use this for my business page and absolutely love it. Very user friendly.

Tictail online shop It won't let customers log into my online shop hence why 2 star how can this be possible has its asking them to log into :(

I have some suggestions that I think would help on the seller side of things, I think having a more intuitive way for sellers to organize their products within the shop and on the main page when you goto a sellers site (from the seller side) would be tremendously helpful. when you try to organize the order of products it makes it hard to keep them in order between the main page and the organization tabs. I love the app overall it makes my job way easier as far as getting my products online. Calculated shipping would be a great option too. Also I would love the option to add more variation drop boxes so I can list both multiple sizes and colors for the same product.
