The stats feature on the app doesnt go into detail enough, they could be alot more specific. The Tictail platform is lacking features aswell. An option or addon that allowed you to pay a fee to remove the Tictail branding. At the moment everytime someone visits your shop, they're always being asked to start their own. Would also like to see additional themes and addons as we alreaddy spend 12.00/month on the platform & most of your competitors are just a few dollars more for twice the amount of features.

Totally disagree with first reviewer! This is a great marketplace showing innovative clothing with a variety of price points. Highly recommend :)

I honestly love the app and its concept of bring small bussinesses together. But however this app won't let me start my own store for some reason. I tried to clicking on the "start a shop" but no work. 😒

I love tictail as I use it myself, the only problem is finding specific artists on the app!! I'm on twitter a whole lot and when artists share their stores I want to follow thier stores easily, but when I try to look up their stores in the app, it doesn't show up. Yet their stores are very much open and available to access in chrome or firefox. Cannot search for their store by item either on the app...would love for this issue to be addressed! Another issue is maybe the "product" tab on users profiles? The product tab has things I liked from someone else's shop. If you sell on tictail I feel that's often confusing for others to view. It shouldn't be listed as "product" but rather instead "likes" or whatever similar. Thanks!

Works very smoothly and gives me a lot of control which I appreciate, my only issue is that the store design setup was a bit confusing, but outside of that, very smooth experience so far.
it is impossible to search for any products or even store names on this app. it is incredibly frustrating and i have no idea how it hasn't been addressed yet.

Hello i am from Ghana and i would love to use your app to shop and sell. My friends too. But more than half our residents use our local network payment plans. So besides paypal can you please include our local network/telecommunication payment plan to the app. It will be much easier for my people. Thanks

Search function and follow function broke Im finding that when i go to my profile, the stores I followed aren't recorded in my profile. Also when I search no results come up in the results parts of the sections (people, shops, etc.) even though I know they exist! Please fix this as this hinders the reason for using the app and hurts business for seller's shops.

Tictail so easy and cheap I love that I can pay 1.50 a month and use my own domain name. I drive my own business to my site. so I just needed a place that was free of fees for the orders to be received. this is perfect for me. thanks edited to add it still use this for my business page and absolutely love it. Very user friendly.

Tictail I have some suggestions that I think would help on the seller side of things, I think having a more intuitive way for sellers to organize their products within the shop and on the main page when you goto a sellers site (from the seller side) would be tremendously helpful. when you try to organize the order of products it makes it hard to keep them in order between the main page and the organization tabs. I love the app overall it makes my job way easier as far as getting my products online. Calculated shipping would be a great option too. Also I would love the option to add more variation drop boxes so I can list both multiple sizes and colors for the same product.
