My 3rd 1-star review for this "bank." It continues to get worse with each update. 20p per transaction (This used to be automatic, but as part of Tide's commitment to worsening the customer experience every few months, now you have to manually add it to every amount.) Also, 3-5 unsolicited ads from 3rd party companies via Tide notifications - EVERY DAY. ADS IN THEIR NOTIFICATIONS. In a se

Don't bother downloading this app. If you're running a business just don't. your money can get trapped. I haven't been able to login into my account since January after it randomly stopped working properly and I had to uninstall it. I asked them to close the account on Monday and transfer me the money, only for customer service to send me a generic email, telling me to login into the app to do so, so they never read my email. It’s ridiculous.

Sluggish app, transactions don't show the balance at the time. Also they provide prepaid master cards! So you can't use the card online on many websites such as when trying to use the Microsofts cloud platform (Azure). Also if something goes wrong expect to wait a long time for useful help. Most of the time it's a generic response on the chat.
