No payment I am a contractor and a payment was made three times on my behalf and they have not paid me anything. And that was 3 weeks ago.. I cant contact anyone. They dont have a phone number to contact support. So i am hungry waiting for money that is rightfully mine and that i earned. I look this company up with bbb and i cant find them so i am calling the bbb today. This has gone on way to long and i think this company is a FRAUD!!

I've used this app for the last 3 years. It's a great idea on paper but in reality doesn't work very well. My biggest issue with it is that about 50% of the time the app will not load all the way from mobile devices which is a major issue since clocking in and out mobility is it's primary purpose, at least for our company. The one saving grace when it won't load all the way is that it does load enough to at least log hours (different than clocking in and out). If it's not loading though you can forget about viewing the hours that you have already logged or if you are an administrator, approving hours etc. For the next two or three days unless you have a desk top. ( I've never tried to use payable with a laptop but it does have the same issues on tablets.) Over the last 3 years I've tried using payable in 3 different Android devices, the latest being the Nexus 6p. I have also tried using it with an iPad. It has been consistently un reliable when it comes to loading across all d devices and doesn't matter if I'm using wifi or LATE Either. These issues are not specific to myself, other Co workers have the same complaints. Obviously using payable isn't up to me or we wouldn't be using it.

I give this app and service less than a star if I could. I downloaded this app so I could respond to the poor contractor who still hasn't been paid through an app that claims "fast" service. You can't hide behind your app that read our basic info and then say in response, we are trying to fix it, it could be that you (us) put the wrong payment info. My response, try again. Very rarely do people mess up basic info in this technology day in age on how to get paid. Your service is defective and fraudulent!!!
In my opinion this app is garbage on a Samsung Note 5. The interface is black and all of the data fields don't show up so I was unable to set up an account. I emailed support twice and they still haven't responded to me. I have used much better apps so I am not sure why anyone is using this.

Hi Cicely. We are not a fraud. A delay in payment can happen if bank info is entered incorrectly. Support is available within the app and also through support@payable.com. We have not seen this request come through, but want get things straightened out if there has been an error. Please send an email to support and we'll address this immediately. Hi Michelle, you'd be surprised how many people make a typo in their legal or banking info that holds up the process. That's why we make test deposits to our customers to catch issues as early as we can.
I couldn't find any users in our system with your name. But, if you reach out to support@payable.com, we can make sure you're taken care of. In my opinion this app is garbage on a Samsung Note 5. Hi there. Are you still running into that issue? It sounds like what can happen in a situation where your internet connection is intermittent. Can I please find out what banks are compatible .I thought the bank I got my secure debit card would work but unfortunately it was not..I need to add one asap ..

Hi Randy. They payment provider we use allows for payments out to checking accounts to most banks in the US. If you have a checking account that your debit card is tied to, I'd recommend entering that in and you should be able to receive payment. Tiempo Labs, Inc. May 4, 2016
Hi Cilla...it looks like the bank account you entered when you wrote this was incorrect. You updated it shortly thereafter and have been receiving payment successfully ever since. In the future, please reach out to our support at support@payable.com and we'll help you as quickly as we can. Thanks! In the occurrence of the SLIGHTEST error, your payment could be delayed for days. When your only source of income is processed by Tiempo, you never know when the payment will show up. They say 3-4 days but it's not guaranteed (and no longer expected at this point). I'll be half way through the following pay period before I will actually receive my paycheck. If you (or your contractors) have bills that have to be paid on time, need groceries, or like the idea of having a roof over your head, I would highly recommend you continue to shop around for a different payment system. Hopefully there is a more reliable system out there as I am very tired of the uncertainty.

I apologize for any inconvenience that was caused by your payment delay. We’ve taken two key steps to improve this situation for you and all our other users:
1) We fixed a bug that didn't factor in banking holidays to your deposit date notifications
2) We will improve our manager notifications to ensure they initiate payment before the cutoff Pretty good It makes keeping track of time working on various customers projects very easy
So close I wish I could see the accumulated hours per project easily, not just per client. I'm a student and I'm just trying to keep track of how long each project takes total for my records.

Hi Mohamed, this is by no means a fake app. If you ran into issues while trying to use Tiempo, please send us a message at support@tiempolabs.com and we'll do our best to address them. There are a number of features in the app that only apply to those with U.S. bank accounts, which may have caused some frustration. Great app. The devs behind this project are very proactive and will assist in all ways possible.
Time tracking / invoicing made easy I've used Tiempo since the beta stage. The team is very responsive and helpful. Whatever limitations the app may have, I'm confident they will resolve it.
PERFECT FOR A FREELANCER Love love love this app!! I can track my hours by each job and with one click I'm timed in and Tiempo is doing all the calculating.

Crashing on Galaxy S4 The app seams good for me but it only has one currency supported. Would like to see GBP as well. Plus it crashes every time I go on support.

Hi Hammad! In the latest update, we've fixed the "support crash" bug. Even better, we've added support for currencies outside the U.S. If you or your customers use Euros, Pounds, Australian Dollars, or Canadian Dollars, Tiempo now supports you. Great app! This app has everything I need. There are a few kinks with operating on my phone, but tech support responded immediately and is working on the fixes!
