USING THE TIER APP
TIER electric scooters, bikes and mopeds give you the freedom to explore your city and to get where you need to be in a smart, safe, and sustainable way. Simply open the app and rent a ride with a few simple steps.

HOW TO START A TIER E-SCOOTER & GET GOING
✅ Download the TIER app, sign up, and add your preferred payment method
✅ Find a TIER scooter near you on the map
✅ Scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock it and start a ride
✅ Push the e-scooter forward to flick the kickstand back
✅ Put one foot on the board and push off with the other
✅ Push down the throttle to gain speed
✅ Let go of the throttle or use the brakes to slow down.
✅ Surf your city and enjoy the ride!

HOW TO END YOUR RIDE
✅ Find a safe place to park the scooter and flick the kickstand down
✅ Open the TIER app and tap 'End Ride'
✅ Get out there and live your best life!

Ratings and reviews

Terrible. Impossible to log in my driver's license for some reason, the app just doesn't function. The first time I used it then it took 12 minutes to end the ride because the app just kept going back and wouldn't let me press the "end the ride" button. The second time as well, then the app failed and wouldn't open for 10 minutes. I spended more time trying to end my rides than I actually did using them. And I've got other bad opinions from friends about it, should've listened to them.

I used two different bikes, both of them had a 10km or more autonomy and suddenly stopped after a few meters. I took one this bikes to catch a train, it was too long walking but perfect cycling having a bit of extra time and still I missed that train. I am really disappointed by this bikes, the idea is really nice but there is a lot to improve.

Desperately want to rate 5 stars; of the scooters I tried this one is my favourite. It has great pick up speed, a clip for hanging something on, and a charger for your phone (just be careful as it will fall off on bumps) The issue is that I cannot load the app 80% of the time. The app wont load or scan. I would like to blame the phones connection, however, when I can't load this app, I open a competitors without issue and I am left to use that model. Would also like to see more temp pass options
