This would be a great service if it actually worked. I've tried ordering from them multiple times. Only once did I receive the cookies promptly and without problems. They were delicious! Every other time, I, or the person I sent them to, did not receive the cookies until DAYS later. They also don't let you know that you won't be receiving your cookies until you complain. So, there's no time then to make other arrangements. It's ridiculous.

its funny watching the little tiffs treat box heading to me 🤣 love it. only complaint is that once i place an order, there's no way to "track" until it's on it's way. which makes sense but i think it would be better to have some kind of system to let me know when they're done, and maybe how many stops are ahead of me??? just would like to be a little bit more in the know instead of left in the dark

Would have been nice to have gotten the discount as promoted on your website when you sign up for the app. I wouldn't have downloaded the app otherwise. No email with a promo code. No discount shown at checkout, nothing. After I can confirm my order was delivered properly and on time, I will delete this app and never do business with TT. again. Bad business to con people. Other than that, the app does what its supposed to do. Big whoop.
