Irresponsible customer service
Unable to unselect baggage When booking through app, even though baggae ia not selected the amount shown include extra baggage.. and unable to remove it. So finally had to book through website. Dont use the app for booking. Also managing booking though app not possible, have to use website... good interface, but lot of work yet to be done on the app.
Like singaporean, their customer services are pretty poor insulting me like having no sense for not possessing an onward ticket where Airasia would not mind like this area that would do no harm to them. Instead of insulting, the stupid better request customer to sign an own responsibity form... Stupid, rude, getting worse , what's MORE. Update : adding 1/4 of the price of thr flight ticket on top of the total price shown for the visa payment service fee so for my case, I just simply cancelled ordering my flight ticket. Hopeless, unreasonable, the only crazy airline from Singapore.
No idea how to join in and/or change my booking Functions are limited or I can't find where necessary functions are
