Using the filter is pointless, when scrolling and I click on an item and go back to my search it takes me back to the top, I add items to my wishlist (even new items) and it removes them all also, when I go to pay for my basket and it takes me back to "check out" even after trying different payment methods such as Klarna, Paypal or using my card nothing happens. This has happened on a number of occasions over the past year and nothing has improved to fix these issues.

It's an app which is easy to navigate and easy enough to use. Rate it three is the app does keep crashing 80% of the time when I attempt to autofill details at the checkout. Recently it automatically seems to select the opposite delivery option to the one I pick so have to double check after I successfully manage to add payment details...

First time ordering online through the app and tried click and collect! What a disaster Newlook not only has the items never arrived it's impossible to get to through to customer service and you only speak to bots. I won't use you guys for online order ever again. Rubbish customer service and no updates on the app.
