It's very convenient. A very easy process from shopping to ordering and payment to delivery. All done in next to no time. I'm very happy with the New Look app! 😄 The clothes etc are reasonably priced and are good quality & value for money. So far I haven't had any problems with delivery or collection dates/times. Keep up the good work New Look!! 🥰

I've now tried on three different occasions to purchase a large order via the app but have not been successful. When I go to pay it does not let me, if I select PayPal a spinning circle appears but if I select card it closes the window before I can enter the card details. I see this has been an issue for other users. Clearly New Look aren't interested in actually selling their items, just letting us browse them!!

The app needs to be seriously updated overall. Faced issues with earlier version when your wishlist will disappear and on payment page you have to come twice, once you enter card detail, place order button is disabled so you have to close the app and open it again to proceed. New update is more frustrating , if you want to return items the orders link doesn't open and app launches again so you can not see what you have ordered and ultimately can't place return. tried so many times, pathetic.
