We eat at Tijuana often however, have been regular customers for YEARS and tonight we wanted to order delivery and the app keeps freezing. I keep getting an error code... and the pages are blank with no explanation. And NOW it won't let me log in!! I did all of the app things you have to do in this situation but nothing has helped. NOW I can't order, I can't log in and I can't use the reward I wanted to use if we decide to just go in store to order! Well that's was a lost order for tonight!

Spent fifteen minutes ordering food for 8 people to pick up, only to continuously have the app tell me I'm not logged in, to continue I must be logged in. In the account section I can see I'm logged in and it asks me if I want to log out. After numerous failed attempts, I logged out (losing all my cart items) only to log in, reorder everything, and have the same message. When you go to the site and click on "contact us" it tells you contact the local store. Why? They're not fixing the app.

Idk how to rate an app, it's fine. Not the easiest one to use in my personal opinion but definitely not terrible or anything... I absolutely love the ppl at tiajuana flats tho. I've never had a bad experience! Seriously the best customer service! The only thing I don't like is, I'm a teacher so I usually get a discount when I eat here but there's no way to get that on the app, and you HAVE. To pay ahead when you use the app to order. Hope they fix this! 🙏🏽
