Wouldn't take my gift card for the second order. No way to claim my free Trio. I make my living installing and teaching software, and your app confused me . Won't order online again. Tried the app again, nearly five years later. Still not that impressed. Love the restaurant, the service, the food, and the prices. The app, not so much. Nothing is obvious. Just realized today I could have been earning points toward even more freebies over the past five years by scanning my receipts. Oh well.

The order experience is slightly confusing. When ordering Dos Tacos, it would be nice if there was an option to duplicate the 1st taco. Sometimes when specifying an item or it's toppings, the app navigates off the main screen and I'm unsure where it left off. Aside from that, the rest works well and the note area at the end of each order is perfect, helps with fine tune requests.

Idk how to rate an app, it's fine. Not the easiest one to use in my personal opinion but definitely not terrible or anything... I absolutely love the ppl at tiajuana flats tho. I've never had a bad experience! Seriously the best customer service! The only thing I don't like is, I'm a teacher so I usually get a discount when I eat here but there's no way to get that on the app, and you HAVE. To pay ahead when you use the app to order. Hope they fix this! 🙏🏽
