Book and access e-tickets in the app. Be notified when your shows are about to start. ‘Nearby now’ helps you find shows near your location that are starting soon. The app is preoccupied with the internet connection. When it decides that the connection is gone, it quits working. This happens half of the time when you access the app, even though the connection is fine. Even when the app opens OK, it commonly loses all my booked shows. When you uninstall it and reinstall, the shows may come back. What a disrespect for the Festival customers!

Consistently awful every year! Please fix it. Logged me out randomly, and now is stuck loading. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling; nothing. Just stuck. Can't access my tickets, can't check my timetable or buy further tickets. This is such a basic service and this app is filled with bugs every single year. PLEASE do something about this. You're costing artists money and stopping audiences being able to attend shows!

This is such an annoying app. I'm on my third run through trying to book tickets. the search does but work properly: I paid the the friends of the fringe so I get 2 for 1 on some shows but when I filter on those shows I still get some for which I pay full price.... but that's not clear until they are in your basket. it wastes time and then your basket times out. you'd be quicker going to the box office
