Very bad for reselling. Even though I have brand authorization approved in my qualification center, they still give me counterfeit violations and deactivated my shop for no reason, even after I successfully appealed the violation. The customer service is not good at all. Amazon is much better — their customer service is far more responsive, unlike TikTok Shop, where I created a ticket and have been waiting for over two months without any reply.

This app deserves to be rated 1 star. It’s such a struggle when your item automatically gets marked as scrap, and then they ask you for a video proving the item came from you, even though that requirement isn’t stated anywhere in their shipping guidelines. Their service is terrible when it comes to this issue, and you’re the one who ends up losing.

App refuses to boot correctly, and I always have to restart it AT LEAST once in order to make it work. UX is frustrating, you can only withdraw money after 24h and set expedition service via the desktop web app. Support tickets take ages to be resolved. Sky high fees plus hidden charges. You're charged 6% for free shipping program, yet most user won't even get the benefit since it is exclusive to Plus users and sometimes paid campaigns are forced on you suddenly, racking up the fees more.
