This app is trash. It used to be pretty good. The rewards were great. I don't know what update it was, but it just doesn't work anymore. It's been about a year. The scanner never works so you can't add reward points at the register. The thing that lets you add it with the receipt later never works. So you cannot add points after the fact. The last several times, I've had to email support to have them added. What a PTA. Also, the rewards were great but they set the points to expire super quick.

Unbelievably slow, and won't even process half the time. Also charges extra to add anything to the concretes, even when the first topping should be included. I ordered at the store directly and my price was just above a dollar cheaper than the app had said if I'd been able to order ahead for the exact same order. Looked at the app, and sure enough, 99¢ per topping, even for the first. Yet they have signs all over advertising their app?! It's a terrible app, they need to completely remake it.

The app is extremely slow and buggy. Not my device, it's 100% serverside and makes it easier to just input receipt info for account points. Seriously, Freddy's, fix your app. Then I'd give it four stars and plenty of people would love you for it. As for other input, here's a suggestion I'm sure you get allot of. Have a mobile pickup option for the drive thru. Plenty of people don't want to go into the store plus it looks bad to skip lines just to grab your order when you can use the drive thru.
