I ordered a 6pc bucket and an extra gravy, but when it arrived, all the gravy had spilled in the bag. I reached out to let them know about the issue, and they went above and beyond to make it right! They compensated me with 2 extra pieces of chicken, 1 rice, and 3 huge gravies. Honestly, I felt like I didn’t deserve all that, but wow—next-level customer service! Thanks for turning things around so impressively!

Totally disappointed with the Jollibee app. After entering my card details, the screen went blank, but I received an SMS confirming the charge. When I reloaded the app and checked the "Track Order" tab, there were no records of my order. This issue is frustrating and inconvenient, ruining my night. The store personnel even confirmed over the phone that this isn’t the first time it happened. Jollibee should urgently fix the app or just totally remove it from the Google Play Store.
