BAD EXPERIENCE! I expected to see a tracker for my order when I open the app , I clicked on the app multiple times and exited multiple times but still nothing. Now I won't know whether my order is being prepared or if it got cancelled whatsoever. Not convenient for me. Overall 1 star. Y'ALL COULD DO BETTER.

I hope they can better their app. Can't help but to compare it to their counterpart. The app lacks in so many ways, when we talk about convenience or even a touch of modernity. Their interface is kinda boring and don't get me started on the steps just to get your order or find your location and the nearest store in your area.

Things can ne better. For example, I already entered my senior citizen ID details the first time I downloaded the app. Now that I had to upgrade the app, I am being asked to submit my details again. This should not happen. This only gives me a bad experience
