Important technical information:
This App is designed to display your PBX call records on your Smartphone.
Your PBX must be connected to the TIM4biz.com cloud-based Call Accounting system in order to receive call data in this App.
This is achieved by installing the TIM4biz SMDR/CDR collection software on your Windows PC or Server. The TIM4biz SMDR/CDR collection software collects the PBX call records (referred to as SMDR or CDR by the PBX manufacturers) and encrypts the call records and then uploads them into the TIM4biz.com cloud, where they are processed and stored.
A qualified PBX technician may be required to get the SMDR/CDR data working on the PBX.
