I love banking with Timberland bank, I've been with them for years. The app was a huge improvement over always having to use the website. Up until the past 6 months or so. When I log in (which is not every day or week sometimes) it says it can't update, or last update available a week ago, can't send messages, or update info, etc,. I've refreshed, uninstall/reinstall, restart my phone, but nothing helps. Then randomly the next time I log in, it works fine. Samsung S25.

Like other users have stated there are issues with the app transferring money to other accounts. It seems to have an "error updating" notification often. The bank itself kinda sucks because you can't transfer more than $500 in one day to an outside account. Which I find funny given my account is a business account. They freeze my account often when I try to make purchases out of the country. My transfers will stay on a buffering mode and often not go through. Gonna have to find another bank.

Update... They fixed the bugs that were causing the issues, able to call and get assistance when needed w/o waiting longer than 5 min. App works great and easy to use. Not even 1 star! Wouldn't let me post without giving it at least one. I can't log in to new or old app anymore. I can't call bank without being put on hold for over an hour. I tried the direct number and the 800, same wait time. Huge issue for me! All my banking and bills are done online and I can't access any of my accounts.
