GigPig is a B2B application that allows companies to crowd-source user generated photo and video content from their employee bases. Administrators have the ability to create “gigs” that participants can receive and act on by responding with photo or video content. Gigsters can be rewarded with pig coins for their submissions, which can then be converted into US dollars. When gigsters have earned $10 or more, they have the option to cash out by donating to a charity of their choice from a curated list, or receiving their funds via PayPal.
GigPig is currently targeted primarily for retail employees but everyone is welcome to participate.
When registering, you only need to provide your name, email address, a password, and how old you are. (You have to be at least 13 year's old.) However, the more information you can provide, then the greater the chance you'll have to be matched up to suitable gigs where we're looking for feedback from particular demographics.
