Ability to see and stop task started by desktop application is missing. Toggl is able to do this, make same. Cross-device real time management is much needed.

(1) The menu items are "Timeshe', 'Re-', 'Pro-', 'Set-', and 'Log'. The screen is NOT running out of space, what do those mean? (2) The phone back button does NOT work with this app. If you hit it once, nothing happens. If you hit it twice, the app exist. So once you pop-up the menu, your stuck. NO way to remove the menu without exiting the app. (3) Sometimes the menu NEVER works, never pops up. You have to exit the app and retry. (4) No way to select the 2nd project or its tasks. NO button, NO menu option allows me to select the 2nd project and enter time. (5) On timesheet, often has '(No task selected)', yet there is nothing to select. When I press it, sometimes an old task shows up and it allows me to edit it.

In short, the offline time-tracking is not good because it does not send notification to the system tray when screen goes off, - with current app, as I am writing about it here (you start the timer and then you forget it to turn off when you either finish or start a different offline activity). So for tracking offline time, the app misses important parts that would make it useful. For contrast, RescueTime app has this thing for tracking offline time, sends info to upper tray that can be picked up with smartwatch and actionized from there with notification center and tasker - for example, I can set prediction from smartwatch as to when i'm going to finish the task and so the screen goes on after set amount of time and then it goes off and I get message to my smartwatch as to how much time I have spent on doing the task. I'll change my review on this here when TimeCamp has added this very function to their app. I'd love to use just TimeCamp (because it gives a good overview of the work done at the end of day/week) but it does not do some of the things RescueTime does so i only use TimeCamp when working behind laptop and for tracking everything else nonwork-related i use RescueTime.

I like your web app but the mobile app is really lacking some key features. The focus on recording time is also useless and a hindrance to me.
at least the timer seems ti work now, but I just tried to create a new task and start the timer for it but it took me about 5 minutes and it was so confusing that I still don't know how I did it. Also, searching for existing tasks under "projects" seems to lead nowhere (search results are counter intuitive and you can't start a timer on them).
Big improvements lately! It works very well, is fast to use. The web service is the one of the top racking services out there.
Works perfectly to simply track my time and spit out an invoice.
Very slow, always trying to load or sync. I end up just using the web site because the app is pretty much useless performance-wise. It takes almost a minute to stop an existing timer and start a new one.
So far, simple and does what I need. Other apps were too time consuming and detailed to use, defeating the purpose of me tracking efficient use of my time. Might have a need to upgrade soon-likely I'll stick with this.
Good, but report options would be better. Task editing too.
Good start, but needs improvement. The Task Name field only shows first 30 characters. I can probably make it a point to use shorter task name, but that shouldn't be the point. Perhaps you can make the field expands to display full task name.
Soo slow! Any time I would like to put new activity it take about 5 seconds or more because of synchronizing. I can't add activities for past day eg. 2300-0100.
Many issues Can't add entry for past date and other issues
Not ready for primetime Need I say more! Timezone problems! Time calculation problems. And OH! Today it dumped my days activities.
Needs functionality Adequate for time entry, but I'd like to see even better project reporting.
Not what I was expecting. App could be more useful if it tracked things you do on your phone such as phone calls, texts, skype calls, etc. I believe this can be done by way of the notifications permission or accessibility permissions. Would make it infinitely more useful.
Major faults with stopping tasks Unlike the web interface the app regularly fails to stop running tasks even though it reports them as stopped. Had a few 23 hour tasks without realising because of this.
New vesion is now ok. Very useful for time tracking. Use it a lot. User interface is better in New version.
User interface The user interface needs to be polished, there are a lot of functions that are not available using the app and are very useful.
New version better, needs polish The new version is a bit better and faster at handling timers. The interface is still very unusual. Many things are quite big and weirdly aligned. Also, many controls interact in weird ways. Following the standard Android/material style for looks and interaction would be good in my opinion.
Just stopped working There is no way to set the time according to what is needed.
It works only for tracking It's OK but it misses nearly all functionalities you have on the browser
Timecamp is great. I researched and used multiple alternatives. Used for tracking my work on multiple concurrent projects. I use it in conjuction with the desktop version.
Syncing needs work Our employees use the app to track their time. When they update a time entry, the app syncs, and the info being entered is erased. If there was a way to adjust how often the app syncs, that would be helpful, Or if it didn't erase what's being typed while syncing..
Samsung Note 4 Like the integration with trello. Frustrated with entering notes in timecamp. I need to provide more detail for my assistant so I enter the detail in the notes which is shown as optional (not optional for me). As I type, the words disappear. I'm forced to sync after every second word so that the entry of additional text does not cause the words to dissappear. This is a bug that needs to be fixed. An additional enhancement would be to permit the measurement of time in different intervals
