It shows my player ID and lets me play, but when I go to my prizes it says I need to log in. When I try to log in it says I've been sent a confirmation email, which I never receive. Also, I'm already registered since I've received prizes in the past, so I'm not sure why it's sending me a confirmation email... So basically I can't claim any prizes anymore
The app was good but for the last 20 or so movies I haven't been able to log in to my account no matter what I do. Even deleted the app and downloaded it again to see if that would fix it. Really annoyed that I cab log in as a guest but not my account so I've lost out on hundreds of points.
Excellent job Timeplay. I really love playing at the Cineplex theatres. No problems. My first Timeplay game was on June 6 2017 at Scotiabank Chinook at Calgary. I was going to watch The Boss Baby. I got all the questions correct and I got 1st place. No kidding, the questions were easy.
Cannot redeem prizes, shows "No Internet Connection". That's a waste... Review Update: it is started working fine after updating to a new version as suggested by a user support. Thanks for fixing the issue.
Logged me out but didn't indicate it, so I missed playing. Also crashed at one point.
Games and trivia are fun ...BUT... expect to have issues once in awhile from being booted from the game, the game not even playing at all, prizes not showing up, prizes not being redeemable, and if you happen to be the only person playing Timeplay there's a 50% chance you won't be awarded Timeplay Experience points. Customer service only solution is to throw you scene points than actually fixing the app
