Love this product I have had Intelligent home now for about 6 months. Everything was working great. When I left for work the other day I opened the Home Mgnt app as I always do. But I just keep getting "error connecting to server." I tried exiting & close the app, uninstalling turning phone off & re-install. All of my other apps work MyTWC & TWC TV. I have LG G4, my bf has the same phone but he's on a different network. HELP
Constant Error Messages The sensors constantly read incorrectly on my app. Doors will be closed but read as open. I often have time trouble arming from phone. In addition the cameras take forever to load. I've had a tech come to check it out but they didn't do anything to solve the issues. TW needs to work on the connectivity.
Cannot view cameras since app update and my husband keeps getting login error. Have called and chatted nothing resolves problem. The camera view on phones needs to work for what we pay/no.
Intelligence home Cameras don't work half the time..freezes up on me...can't deactivate Alarm when in my own driveway..have to wait...no connection....unable to turn off....pixels all over screen...nighttime is the worst..cannot get a picture of activities on the side of house where outside camera is...do i feel secure....NO....
Not operating correctly Since TWC upgraded their cameras so that they are able to run video 24/7, my phone app has stopped working. Even had techs out to my house to help solve the problem, but they couldn't. So I'm not able to view my cameras from my smart phone unless I run a video clip. I have an LG g3, and have plenty of memory and ram to run this app, but it just doesn't work. Very disappointed. Update: app was recently updated, so now I can view cameras on my phone, but it still has time lapses. Better, but not fixed.
Keypad issue I love the functionality of this app, but something has happened recently where the keypad numbers are displaying vertically, instead of how a normal keypad has the numbers arranged. I thought it was an issue with my phone and removed and reinstalled the app, but same vertical keypad numbers. Recently I performed a factory reset on my phone and was hoping the keypad numbers would display normally after installing Intelligent Home management app, but the keypad numbers still display vertically! Please fix!
