Newest update makes the app work a little faster and also updated the thermostat page. To be able to record on the cameras, you have to call and set it up. Tried to setup the playback feature, but it's a separate feature. All in all, the new update is pretty nice.
Can't even open the app because it's saying my user id & password, the same ones I use for every other Spectrum/TWC app, are incorrect. When I try the 'Forgot Username/Password' it says either my email address & house number or Usename are not found! If anyone can tell me how to access this app or tell me what I'm doing wrong I'd very much appreciate it!!
The app is a good one but NEEDS some needed improvement., i.e. multiple file deletion, etc. I have deleted the same video file a dozen times and every time i close app and reopen they return.i was also miss led as to equipment(over priced for the eq) and abilities of recording, none, unless you schedule it, what good is that? Unless you can predict the future.
The cameras we have never load and when they do they are horrible quality time warner cable or now spectrum has no support team for the intelligent home
Only thing I don't like is the cams record when alarm is on and only can have 100 video it should be 24/7 and unlimited cam views
It's a pretty good app. Only thing is that sometimes a bit slow to open up.
