I used to be ablke to log in without a problem. Now it always says it can't find the server. I got intelligent home because being able to access your system on your phone was important. I even emailed the developer no response. Spectrum you need to be on top of these things and fix the issue.
Spectrum gives minimal support by directing you to a different phone number when you call. Supplies that should be on auto send don't come unless you call and ask for them. Also the connection is slow far more than it should be. Other than those things, it's ok. 😑
It is a good app, easy to use and control but since I switch by phone to Samsung S8, I about two months ago I don't get a live view instead I get a still picture. They don't know how to fix it. Go figure:( Time to move on.
The router that was put in my home is seemingly having an adverse affect on my Wi-Fi. So when I go to use the app, at times, I just get the spinning. I have to restart my phone to get the app to work.
I hate the updated app. I can no longer access my camera view and the app no longer provides detailed history from my alarm such as when doors open and close. This is important to me to be able to see. I need these features back or I will be looking elsewhere since I'm not getting the features that I want.
The new update is ok, but the app only works 10% of the time now. I have to restart my phone to make it work. It was so much better before. Please make some changes soon.
