Constantly buffering, installed by someone pressed for time with NO care for making it appear professional.... Not sure if I'll try to fix it or call them back to remove it all.
Works, but a little old It's a Gingerbread app in a Marshmallow world. Much like the home interface tablet which is literally on Gingerbread, this app is showing its age. It ranges from ugly and unoptimized (PIN screens) to mildly modern. Video screens really show their age. Also has no notification support and is missing out on so many opportunities for Google Now integration, voice commands, Android Wear support, etc.
Everything I Need Except... Everything I need to control my security with the exception of being able to disable specific sensors or rules. With those, would be 5 stars!
Waste of money It's false about the camera being live it's a half minute delay and the camera is always buffing they also forget to tell you that after you pay for the camera 150.00 . That if you don't have there service it won't work so u are renting the monitor and the Internet connection without that the camera now which you own is now trash and a waste of money and you have to be in a contract for 18 months or they charge you 350.00 early disconnect fee
Intelligent Really nice concept. Love the fact I can turn on and off the thermostat from my Samsung. Would have been a five, suggest TWC to work on the door sensor range. Other than that so-far-so-good
Fair Considering it's almost 2016, I expect a lot more out of this app. This would be a nice app 8 years ago
