Whatever you do, don't turn off your auto renew on your subscription until just before your subscription ends. I turned it off right after Tinder charged me, and instead of letting me finish the week that I paid for, they just took my subscription away completely but still charged me. The price for a subscription doubled when I went to go buy it again. It's absolutely ridiculous that it's impossible to get a refund because you can't talk to anyone. Tinder just leads you in circles. 😠

Really sucks when the app itself seems like it's trying to prevent any conversations from happening. Like for example when you have a match that you're talking to completely disappear (assuming she unmatched) but when you reload the app a week later it turns out you have an unopened message from them that never showed up before. Really annoying, very buggy app, fix it

Customer support is horrible. Constantly just copy and pasting the same thing over and over. Not actually communicating. No phone number for support either. I would buy the standard boosts and I would get prime time boosts instead. Also charged for them as well. They would run automatically while I was traveling. What a scam. Also unable to get verified. The new AI verification simply does not work no matter what I would do with lighting or anything else in their FAQs and CS responses.
