Extremely Dissatisfied. I have had a Ting plan for Five plus years. Added my husband's phone and then started to experience throttling, lack of data or internet connection AND stopped being able to send/receive messages. Three months of issues, paying $50 for two phone lines I literally can't use. App stopped working to boot. CANNOT GET assistance. Last rep supposedly input a request to IT to set up my husband's phone. Every month we'd have service and then it'd drop. Many attempts for help....

The app has gotten worse recently. Used to be able to view billing history, but not any longer. I find myself tapping all over the screen hoping to find what I need with billing, but it isn't there. Could use just the web site if it weren't for the captcha. The app isn't terrible, but it is currently missing some features helpful for doing business with Ting. Service is fine, after working on a challenging situation they made things right and all is great.

I'm working with support right now, but super annoying to have set a data cap of 200 MB only to find you used $30 of data. My Wi-Fi was failing and I didn't know my work phone was gobbling up this data plan, because I was confident it would have disabled it after 200 megabytes like I wanted it to. I need it for texting only, basically. But it's nice to have extremely minimal data if you're not near Wi-Fi. I don't even need a gig.
