I don't love the subscription method. Having to have the explorer's pass on tablets already pressed for space is annoying, and my children like to switch out their apps and games at will. Having to always have the explorer's pass downloaded is frustrating for them. As well, the games vary drastically in playability and entertainment. The claim that these are educational is simply ludicrous. Simple gameplay should appeal to mynyounger kids but there simply isn't enough there in most of the games to hold their interest.
The mechanism is a bit irritating. I wouldn´t mind if new apps become available but they never did. Indeed I bought a subscription assuming some new apps would be added - as this was seemingly promised - but no time frame. None ever were, and not a sniff so far. What there are, are quite nice and probably worth a couple of afternoons play but not much beyond that. I am disappointed at the lack of depth and also commitment to the android platform after taking out a subscription more or less on faith. Could try harder I think. I would love to see some of the apple games ported across but will not hold my breath.
I hate this is normal anyone else wants to have to pay a fee for a game to get a game 1 it takes too much storage 2 people don't have money to throughout around
