Phil After 7 years of 14 knee surgeries and complications like heart attack, inguinal hernia, broken femur, I finally bought a pair of shoes (left sole is 1 inch higher than right). I tried walking two football lengths. So tired and sore. Back and belly and leg sore. I'm 6'2" 275. On day 2 of this app. Kept making excuses not to do it, but i set my alarm reminder and set app for 5 min. It hurts, but emotionally I feel accomplished.
Ab shredding! The workouts in this app engaged my whole core and always leaves me with a burn that lasts throughout the day...it feels super effective every time and I love that you can adjust the intensity by increasing the time of each workout. Great app!
Not pretty but works well I really like this series. The have gifs of the workout activity as well as stop and go ring tones so you never have to worry about doing one move for too long.
Rate the Abs & Butt App The pics are old school but even so you get the idea of what to do. I like the express 5 minute workouts. They are tough but you can feel it working.
Efficient-Tiring-Free This is all you really need for a good ab workout. Even if you're advanced you still have to concentrate on maintaining perfect form and control. Can't ask for more in a free app.
Best bang for your (time) buck Love this app so much, in 10 minutes you get more ab action then i ever got after an hour at the gym. My husband who can do 200 sit ups tried it out with me and only made it to 5 minutes (same as me my first time) but after a week you can totally do the 10 minutes on each level.
