Good but NEEDS TIME between exercises! Good basic workout with easy-to-follow videos. They just need to add time between exercises for changing positions! By the time I switch sides or go from standing to the floor, the exercise is already in progress.
Love it 💯 Amazing app I love the fact I can choose the time I want . I workout 2x a day depending on my schedule and I love when I feel sore and burn it lets me know that I'm doing it right 💯
