Awesome App In love with this app. I had beed using this app for 3 years know and is the best one around. It's going to work if you do exactly as is instructed. You instantly feel the change in your body.
Just a question Im new so how many times per week and one workout or 2 workouts is better please answear
Toned my legs The only complaint I have is that the hip bridge is in an awkward part of the work out. You have to go from on all fours, to on your back, back to on your stomach. Good work out, though.
