Good but NEEDS TIME between exercises! Good basic workout with easy-to-follow videos. They just need to add time between exercises for changing positions! By the time I switch sides or go from standing to the floor, the exercise is already in progress.
Yes. I never realized how much I'd neglected my butt muscles until I got to the last 3 excersises in the 10 minute circuit and I could only fully complete anything. This plus the runtastic leg trainer app will have you feeling hardcore af
Great flexible work out! I woke up a little early and did a quick work out while the kids were still asleep. I'm sweating and panting like crazy, feels good.
Toned my legs The only complaint I have is that the hip bridge is in an awkward part of the work out. You have to go from on all fours, to on your back, back to on your stomach. Good work out, though.
Great I'm a stay at home mom with a 7 month old so I don't get much alone time this app is great I feel the burn and it let's me choose the time I have and the level of difficulty I love options.
