Really good free program (but eventually switched over to the paid version). Ads are present but they're not omnipresent they don't overwhelm. The free version has a good selection of exercises and isn't overly crippled compared to the paid version. It's a 4 out of 5 because there are some features missing it doesn't seem like a complete 100% perfect solution but it's good

Waste of code. If you want an app riddled with ads, pages begging you to upgrade to paid version, confusing menus, and a User Interface that's decades out of date, this app is for you! I've never in my life seen a popular app as bad as this one. Please do yourself a favor and open up YouTube - it's better than anything this app will give you- or just download a different workout app. With no shortage of other options on the market, this one is a waste of code comparatively. No, just no.

So far this app is super easy to use and I feel like the targeted areas are really getting worked. The exercises are fun and you don't need any gym equipment. Each exercise is a separate video with autoplay and a countdown so you have more control over what you are doing. This app just might be the best I could find for exercising in a house with young children that always need things from me, lol.
