I really enjoy this app, and have done the 20-minute workout for years. However, as much as I appreciate the correct grammar of the new version, we really need to hear when to release the pose to give us time to set up for the next one without having to look at our screen.. Hope this makes sense, Carol

Simple basic routine was ideal for me to improve mobility and stretching after having bad back. Not really a yoga person but 20 mins was just enough to make a difference without getting bored. Advice on how/where to breathe was helpful to get most benefit out of stretches. A little off-putting seeing someone bent double when I can barely touch my toes!

Just perfect for my needs. I am over 60 and have practiced yoga on and off for about 10 years and I find this app the perfect practice for my level of fitness and needs. However I purchased the full app (premium) several years ago on an apple device and now I have an android (samsung) and don't know how to get the full app on this device. But am still very happy with the free version.
