Love it Really - I've tried others that are good but this is my favourite - really easy to understand and I like the ladies videos she's a good instructor! So sad about the adds and workouts I cant do on the free one but kind of totally worth it. It'd be nice if you could unlock the other workouts by doing the first ones a whole lot. Overall great apps guys :) - yoga has helped my back problems so much
I like the app but Wtf!?! It won't let me do a single exercise!!! She just keeps repeating herself and restarting the clip! I have things to do. Wish I could do my yoga first but I'll have to skip it today. 😒
Simple yet Amazing I love this app. It's very simple and especially helpful for beginners or to those who are trying to lose weight slowly. Though i find it a little fast paced and disarranged, there's a little struggle when you have to change position fast, but other than that, I love it.
Yoga right I just did the 20 minute practice. Other apps i tried do not teach the way most instructors ive had in los angeles teach. There is a pattern. Stretch. Sun salutations. Warrior flow. Then sitting and or on back positions. Then corpse. This one follows the flow.
Good video demo It gets boring working alone in a room, I needed videos n that ti offline that's awesome. M also downloading ur abs app,hope will be happy with that too.
A good way to end a workout I have a work out routine I do, but my stretches after just didn't give me a sense of being done with the exercise. The 20 minute routine was such a good way for me to feel like I wrapped my routine up properly. The first time I did it I felt immediately more satisfied with my exercise. I can't wait to try out the longer versions as their own work out on my "off" days.
