Best on the appworld Been using thos for 2 years now, find the instructions easy to follow and the exercise effective! Only drawback Switched my phone from apple to samsung and now i cannot view this in landscape mode! I request the team to please get this updated!
Great place to start I have just started yoga again in my early 50s. This is a great starting programme. Wish they held the poses a little longer as I'm not quick at getting into some of them. I'm sure I will get better. I can already feel the stretch in my muscles.
Great little app! I started with the free version and enjoyed it so much that I wanted to try this one to view more workouts. I love that you can choose how much time you have and what level you want to do and it immediately starts your program (no wasting time with weekly weigh-ins or guilt inducing memos because you took a few days off compared to most at home workout apps). The yoga sequences are well described vocally and also easy to view on the screen.
I like this app but.... Ever since I bought the full version I don't get reminders to do my yoga every morning even though I have it set to remind me at a specific time. I do however love the freedom to customize, the amount of poses to choose from and the way I'm given direction for each pose.
Perfect for the beginner! Being new to yoga I am NOT that limber and to endure an hour and a half of not being limber in front of a bunch of people that are very limber is rather annoying. So this app gives me a chance to move into it 20 minutes and then 40 minutes and now up to 60 minutes and I've learned different poses and becoming more limber.
Simple to use This has helped me with my body pain. You need to stretch! Sitting at a desk all day, I go home and do my 20 minute routine and I feel great afterwards.
