Basic functionality is there, which is critical. I was able to pay my bill, and that's the most important part. Why do I need to enter in a Customer name for a bank I enter? Why can't I add payment methods in payment methods? This is from using the app for only one operation and that operation seems to be why this app was created. App isn't slick, but it gets the job done.
Its ok I like that I can pay my bill using an app. A down fall is it doesnt give the option to pay any other time except same day and charges a fee. In a pinch its great but I would rather just use my bank's bill pay.
I'm so fed up with corporations charging me to take my money. Sure it's just $1.25 but I'm a man of principle. This is more convenient for both parties yet you want to charge me $1.25 to pay you hundreds of dollars. Completely insulting. Go f yourselves pge.
There's room for improvement, but overall it's not a bad app. I wish it would show the due date for a bill and not just the amount due, but it saves me a trip to the office so happy enough.
I don't have to wait for long line oe drive at their offices when they have just one cashier helping. Whither this aplication just enter all the info and goes thru ..save time and gasoline!!!👍
Love it,1st day on it. Quick and super easy to use! There's a fee of $1.25 for each payment transaction is the only thing I don't like about it. But I still recommend it. Enjoy!
