Its ok I like that I can pay my bill using an app. A down fall is it doesnt give the option to pay any other time except same day and charges a fee. In a pinch its great but I would rather just use my bank's bill pay.
There's room for improvement, but overall it's not a bad app. I wish it would show the due date for a bill and not just the amount due, but it saves me a trip to the office so happy enough.
Your app is useless. I consistently receive emails about upcoming bills but the app never has up to date information until it's too late.
Not very smart Why, oh WHY THE HELL, would you offer and app that DOES NOT PROVIDE A CONFIRMATION # upon paying? Nope, the "recipt id" means JACK ISHT people, FYI. Youre tellin me I have to wait for a stupid email to give me a receipt#, otherwise PGE will NOT acknowledge youve paid. So lucky me, internet provider had server issues so i never got my email proving pymt, but my bank says "PGE=IDIOTS". PGE decided, "welp, not our problem" and refused to help. What MORON thought sending a separate notice was a great idea?
I would like to able to manage payment types, set up payment arrangments, and see a better breakdown of my bill. Those, I feel, are really the only improvements that could be made. I've had this app for more than 4 years now. For just paying your bill, it's great. There is a processing fee (less than $2.00) for making payments but it's the same amount that you would be charged if you called PGE directly. This Is definitely a useful app that works well.
It gets the job done, but it's a very basic app. It only shows you your balance, payment history, and allows you to pay your bill. You can't access any other details about your bill, even payment due date.
