Basic functionality is there, which is critical. I was able to pay my bill, and that's the most important part. Why do I need to enter in a Customer name for a bank I enter? Why can't I add payment methods in payment methods? This is from using the app for only one operation and that operation seems to be why this app was created. App isn't slick, but it gets the job done.
It's convenient but for now, I'm giving a 2 star because I don't think it's fair to charge a customer a fee to pay their bill when the app should be a direct PG&E app and not a third party app. I would understand if I paid through western union but since I'm paying through PG&E, I just dont get it. It doesn't happen with any other apps that I'm using right now.
To me the reason you download a company specific app is because you think ur makes things easier. Yet your still getting $1.00 something fee for coming directly to them to pay. PG&E isn't rich enough they can't just take the processing fee.
Even though the"processing fee" is only $1.25, it adds up....oh, AND if you pay your bill by going to the PG&E website, there's no extra charge. Just stupid to me
The current amount due has never been correct from day one. Is this ever going to be fixed?it's a waist of time to use this app to pay when I have to go to the website to find out my bill is different and pay there instead.. I hope a fix comes soon otherwise this is useless to have...still no fix made.very unsatisfied
Its ok I like that I can pay my bill using an app. A down fall is it doesnt give the option to pay any other time except same day and charges a fee. In a pinch its great but I would rather just use my bank's bill pay.
