actually this app has many issues that is why I am giving less stars, 1. the email ID give in the support does not exist on titan.co.in 2. app has a set alert function, the button of it is always greyed out even you fill all the details. 3. no notification is coming when gold rates are going down so people can plan their purchases. i will add more points if will come through any.

Overall, it was a very bad experience. Tanishq has attractive jewellery designs, but the making charges are excessively high. I was planning to purchase a bracelet, but the final price was much higher than expected. The discounts offered were very minimal and did not justify the high making charges. As a customer, I did not feel that I was getting good value for money. Because of the high making charges and low discounts, I am unlikely to visit or purchase from Tanishq again in the future.

The website lags way too much. If I open a product, and then press back to go back to the catalogue list, it takes me back to the beginning. Also, the Live chat option is non-existent. I've sent a message twice, yet no one got back. comparatively, I had a better experience with Tanishq UAE, the Live chat support rep was active and responded within a minute at 2am in dubai! but with india, I've raised requests twice in 2 weeks, yet no response. Same for in-person inquiry in outlet, ghosted.
