SUCKS! I have only been able to actually login and acsses this app ONE TIME! Since then, I have uninstalled, re-installed, changed passwords and still it tells me my login info is incorrect. I have it on my iPad too, same deal. I have contatcted Grande numerous times and have only been helped, if you call it that, once. I was told there was a glitch within the system and app and it would be repaired....that was 2mos ago and still nothing hs been done. Can't get anyone to call or e-mail me. What a joke!
I just put this on my Nexus 7 (2012) version I don't have a opinion yet except find it bizarre and funny that the description says "WHAT YOU NEED: - An iPhone, iPod touch or iPad with WiFi internet, a subscription to Grande Digital TV and a TiVo® box." The people at this company (Grande) are real nice people but one hand doesn't know what the other is doing! Like, you can use your own modem BUT fail to mention you need a moca adapter or that the cable guy should, could provide one. There's more but.............adding this 5/23/17, never got app to work no login but saw where it worked on pc, uh, I don't think so! no way to download. I just saying.... Yesterday I finally found out this app needs a Tivo T6 or a Tivo stream and of course we have neither, our Tivo is from Grande of course. Over and out.... 6/20/2017
Won't login Like others who have rated this app, it is terrible. It simply doesn't work. It will not login.
This app stop. Working after a couple weeks maybe like two. I called grande and they can't du nothing. All they say is we got app problems... I think I might switch back to spectrum cable if things don't get better.
"Out of home streaming is not permitted from this DVR" Is the error message I receive when trying to stream.
Thanks Grande. The app needs work but it sort of does the job. I was thinking about switching to DTV because of lack of streaming you can do. Now I might stay.
