Used it once. Initial setup and permissions took about 10 minutes to resolve. I ended up helping several other people in the parking lot. Explaining permission issues to older generations isn't easy....A guy from Canada had no service, not sure if he left or parked illegally... I returned to the same lot a few weeks later. Now the app crashes no matter what I do... I left the lot and found one with an attendant instead. I paid them quickly and was on my way. Too many issues....

We have a NEW Version.This is a much simpler and easy to use version.We have handed the control back over to you When needing to park in a ZONED Area just press the ENTER ZONE CODE and enter your parking details.@ZipBy

Works about 20% of the time without having to manually press the open the entry or exit gates button multiple times, if at all. Seems like at least once a month they have techs out at our garage trying to perform maintenance, and that follows two or three days of having to get an attendant to let you in/out because the gates won't open at all Advertised as only having to have the app installed/set up for the Bluetooth to auto open, which hasn't worked in months. Can you rate it below one star?

ZERO stars. I paid $91 Canadian for three nights parking in Vancouver. I did not move the car during my stay. I came back and found TWO $75 parking tickets from the carpark (EasyPark). This horrible app took 2 days to respond to my support email, and the only response was to take it up with EasyPark. Thanks for nothing. What a waste of space this app is. So pissed.
