It's not a great experience using Google Translate while exploring this app. I have to be extra cautious not to press wrong button. Wish they can develop English version or built in translator. So sad. Great business opportunities but need to do it the extreme hard way.

Keeps loading for at least 15mins to get into download mode. When i finally get it downloaded, it then asked a few permissions, after i granted then got into Taobao page. Typed in my usual password and username. Nothing comes out afterwards. Keep referrinf back to Taobao blank page. Keep asking you to type user name and password. This is one if the worst app ever. Cannot get to what you want to do.

Had a very bad experience with them. Waited for over 3 months until the parcel arrived in a broken package. Complaints is useless, they will push you from one customer service department to another. I have problems with their official shipping partners but all they did was ask me to talk to the shipping company which didnt help. There is no way you can get your refund, the app will sign you off as parcel received even if the parcel is still with the delivery company. All you can do is to wait.
