I should have read the reviews before committing to this garbage. My finances and payments have been messed up too many times to be acceptable. And anytime I call to sort it out I get fed the same scripted BS. Not to mention the abysmal communication when there is an issue with the account. This HIGHLY frustrating and I cannot wait to be done with this trash.
This app is useful because I don't have to call in to make a payment. Yes there are annoying things that I don't get with this app that I get with others BUT for the most part it could be way worse. I don't personally need it to remember my username or password because I use a separate app for that. This app is sorta an older setup but it is still easy to use. I've only ever had an issue once where the app said it didn't process a payment, had to call in, and got it taken care of ASAP with a very polite woman on the phone. Just don't expect this app to be like most newer apps and you'll have no disappointments.
Honestly I think a lot of the user's issues that are on here are user errors. I've never had any issues. No log in issues, no app crashes, nothing. Them not taking the payment quickly is not the apps fault. But it normally takes about 4 days to process the payment fully. But knowing this I always just submit mine ahead of time so I dont have to worry about it. The app works perfectly across multiple devices too. I switched from IOS to Android now and my fianceé's old iPhone and now her android all work with the app ans my iPad and other android tablets all work as well. Easiest payment app ever. My one downside is no fingerprint recognition or even something as simple as remembering the user id to log in. But that's not a not draw back.
I've never had so many problems in my life regarding making a payment on a vehicle through Toyota, either by phone,app or online never knows WTF my passwords are ever, it's a rare day when anything works first try. I expect better from a large company with resources. SMH
This is a terrible app that messed up scheduled payments and negatively affected my great credit score. I contacted Toyota Financial directly by mail and phone and they said it wasn't their fault. I could write a better app in a weekend. Toyota was a step down from my previous cars and I won't ever buy through them again.
Garbage app. Downloaded it and used it for the first time a couple days ago. Used it to make a payment but somehow it sent an additional payment. Called customer service - they could not explain what caused the error nor could they resolve the short term damage to my checkbook

This app is a credit card, "TS CUBIC CARD" in the official app of Toyota Finance Corporation. Such as the amount billed and the point can be confirmed easily.
