"Please try again..." Slick looking app. The problem is that it is riddled with bugs and frequently is actually able to execute the functionality it puts in front of the user. For example, my credit card had expired but when I tried to remove it and add a new one it, the option to do so simply refuses to work. "Please try again" ad infinitum. Oh, and you can't have two cards so that's not an option either. Overall, nice design. Very poor delivery.

Top up with biometrics activated is broken. I got to the final step where I authorise through my bank account. Completed that with my bank. When I returned to the app on my phone, I had to reauthenticate with my biometrics and was automatically put back to the first step of entering my bank details. Thus I cannot top up via the app. I am in a loop that it is impossible to complete. Also, it would be useful if I could get the card details stored on my phone automatically populated in the app.

Useless app! I cannot register, sign in, reset password, scan clubcard barcode or manually enter barcode number. I cannot get past the login screen. Many others have had this problem, I see. Please fix it! The website also won't let me register as there is no enter button after I put in my number to register it. I can't check my monthly bills as result, which is totally unacceptable. And now twice my review has been deleted! Edit: I went to the store and the staff member was able to set it up.
