I've tried to use this app for several years now, for my second line. I've consistently been told that someone was trying to reach me but never got their calls or messages. The missed calls typically takes days to update. I am done trying to make it work. I've been on the phone with the techs numerous times trying to resolve the issues w/o success.

I can't even believe this is an official t-mobile app. This feels like an alpha product - no design or thoughtfulness of how to use the app. Bugs all over the place (the call log literally doesn't record every inbound call). There's no way to give feedback within the app and it's a terrible buggy experience. I'm bummed because it's potentially a perfect way to keep a work number on my personal cell phone. Can't believe I'm paying for this.

Sometimes the app doesn't work, calls dont ring, calls drop, etc. Have to turn it off and back on again, or various work arounds. Frustrating because you don't know if it's working or not until someone that has been trying to call let's you know through another method. Can't make calls today... Also, sometimes it works with the Bluetooth connection in my car, other times not. Tried using this as a business number so I don't have to carry two phones but trying to decide if that is feasible
