Ratings and reviews

Limited and slow to load. Limited functionality as you need to be connected to the same wifi. Not able to troubleshoot with the app if you are having issues with the internet or the gateway. If you have constant connectivity issues like me, the app is completely worthless. The app is very basic and more frustrating to use as it just takes up space on your phone.

This "App" is simply too minimalist. I have four to six computers running at a time with printer, scanner, tablets and phones. The device listing is a list of MAC addresses, with some devices actually identified [the minority]. There are no parental controls, no way to allow a particular device to be on the LAN but not the internet. All this stuff probably is a bit much for a phone app, Thus, I need to ask WHY IS THERE NOT A COMPUTER INTERFACE AVAILABLE like many others out there?

I've had this for several months. The app has never correctly reflected the status of the routers internet connection when it stops working. It's always a green checkmark. The only good thing about this app is to restart the router once or twice a week. Wish T-mobile 5g internet service and app was stable and consistent because we're tired of monopolies.
