It feels like they never tested the app before release. It's extremely hard to add devices. You can not view receipts after you add them, and Lord forbid you incorrectly add them, or there is an issue you can not make any changes to it once uploaded. The UI is slow and freezes fairly often, and I'm on an s24 ultra. The search function doesn't pull up results well and sometimes will show two of the same thing but not let you click it. I hope they do a ton of updates because right now,it's a mess

Keeps crashing every time I try to login. then when I try to chat with a rep, the screen takes up the area at the bottom where you click home, back or use AI and cannot touch the send button 10/20/25 cannot enter email address to login on the app. unable to access the items I've added or add anymore. when I can for support there is no option for customer service, only to file a claim, get status on a claim, or cancel plan. unable to get assistance on this app anywhere!

This is the worst app/service I've ever used. I'm trying to file a claim, says my password is wrong but I don't receive an email to reset password. It's been nothing bit issues since I've signed up for the service
