The app has a nice design to it. However, it is very intrusive and uses a lot of battery for minor tasks. Alot of features could be removed to improve overall experience. I would suggest looking at the competitions apps to get a idea of what is good and what's not. Overall love my service with you guys been a customer for 3 years. One year on prepaid and the other two as a postpaid subscriber and man does it feel good now that your service has improved to a satisfactory level.
This is a cheap web app not fully native app for Android. Come on T-Mobile stop being cheap add get some good developer and make a nice official app and not this crap. This app 1st acts like a native app by asking you to login. After you log in you try to do anything it open the T-Mobile website in the app the mobile version and then ask you to log in again. I don't get what was the point of me logging in the app then get sent to the site to login again. Streamline the user experience.. Mobile app should make things easier simple and fast. Don't utilize it as an additional layer. I am better off going to the T-Mobile site directly because it's one less step.
Love love love. You can do everything on this app from paying your bill, turning on and off parental control, blocking and so much more. You can even contact customer service and find the nearest store. I also love seeing me use my data and having no worry due to TMobile one. I can't say enough good things
Ease of access is convienient.. But beware, if you share an account with someone, the primary account holder can see what phone numbers are being called, what numbers are calling..what numbers are receiving and sending texts..plus if the texts are multimedia texts...information about all phone lines on that account..But that is only available for the primary account holder.. A very convienient tool for an insanely jealous significant other.. Beware. The app is cool tho
Used to be with Verizon but recently switched to T-Mobile. They have great service and unlimited data. Happy with my switch. I encourage others to make the switch. The only set back is that tmobile doesn't have the same coverage out in the boonies. It would be nice if they extended their coverage to match or exceed Verizon's.
Another example of poor coding that the giant T good in the notification bar and even clearing notifications didn't get rid of it. Stop doing crap like that and behave like a normal app. Let me dismiss the update notification. I also dislike the app because I want to view phone call and sms history, yet I have to go through so many steps just to get to that option. Very clunky.
This version includes a number of bug fixes and performance enhancements.
