De app kan toestemming vragen voor de volgende zaken:
- Toegang tot je foto's en camera om persoonlijke foto's in te stellen en je verschillende accounts te herkennen
- Toegang tot je contacten om je verbruikstatus te personaliseren
- Toegang tot je GPS om T-Mobile Shops bij jou in de buurt te vinden
- De mogelijkheid om je pushberichten te sturen. Deze toepassing gebruiken we bijvoorbeeld bij onderhoud of als je kan vernieuwen.
Voor alle toestemmingen geldt dat we ze alleen voor de My T-Mobile-app gebruiken en ze niet naar ons gestuurd worden.

What is Device Health Beta?- It's a set of tests that identify problems with your device and gives you the tools to fix them straight from the app, we will:
• Check Battery Performance-is your battery working properly? Is your battery dying after a few hours? Find out if it's your screen, an app, or something else that's killing your battery.
• Check Device Performance-is your device starting to run slowly? Do you click on something and it takes forever to do anything? Find out if you have a memory issue, the latest firmware or too many apps running at once.
• Help You Fix The Problem-Find a problem? Fix it straight from the app without having to go through hard to understand FAQs or any device settings.
• Notify You : If we find an issue that should be addressed immediately, we will send you a notification on your device to let you know what the problem is and how to fix it.
How Device Health works:
• Identifying a Problem: Device Health runs a set of 25 diagnostic tests and groups the results into two categories to make it easy for you - Battery Performance and Device Performance. The main screen of the Device Health page displays an overall device performance rating. RED indicates there are significant issues that need to be addressed. YELLOW indicates performance could be improved, but it's performing OK. GREEN indicates the device performance is excellent. The rating is based on the number of settings and issues that can be optimized therefore, if there are multiple issues that need to be addressed, the overall rating will be RED.
• Fixing The Problem: The same performance rating applies throughout all sections within Device Health such as screen brightness and memory usage. A red wrench icon will display next to the categories that require attention. Select the red wrench icon and follow the suggested steps to resolve the found issue.

We listened, so besides giving our existing 4GEE plan customers a totally refreshed app, we also built one that would work for our Orange and T-Mobile plan customers too. Once you are signed up and logged in, the app’s redesigned homepage gives you all the most important info about your account at a glance. One quick tap can then take you to areas with even more detailed info.
ALREADY GOT AN ACCOUNT?
Select which plan you are on and then use your existing username and password to log in. This includes existing Orange and T-Mobile customers using their existing Your Orange and My T-Mobile app login details, so no need to sign up again. If you need to change between 4GEE, T-Mobile and Orange logins you can do this in the ‘Settings’ area of the app. Once the app has been closed, it will then update with the right info for your plan the next time you open it and log in.
You will still be directed to sign up at My EE online for now, make sure you select your correct plan here. After you’ve signed up online, close your mobile browser and reopen the app. Log in with the new username and password you’ve set up. Select ‘Keep me logged in’ for quick access in future and add a passcode if you want to secure access to the app.

THINGS TO KNOW
• Android users will need at least Ice Cream Sandwich for the app to work. But don’t worry, you can always still use My EE online which will work on your mobile.
• To download, update and log in to the app you’ll need a data connection. (N.B. While most EE sites are free to use for EE customers, data charges may still apply)
• If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your My EE account will be suspended for 15 minutes. Keep getting it wrong and, for security reasons, it will be locked and you will have to call 150 to get it unlocked. If you reset a forgotten password and still cannot log in, please allow up to 15 minutes for the new password to take effect.
• To check your data usage data, you no longer need to switch off your WiFi. Just sign up and log in.

Uporabom HotSpot aplikacije olakšava se povezivanje na HotSpot lokacije. U aplikaciji na statusnom ekranu unosi se HotSpot korisničko ime i zaporka te pritiskom na tipku „Prijavi se“ započinje povezivanje na HotSpot. Po prvoj uspješnoj prijavi podaci se pamte kako bi se olakšalo sljedeće povezivanje.
Automatsko povezivanje na HotSpot
Kako bi uporaba HotSpot usluge bila što lakša, aplikacija ima mogućnost automatskog povezivanja na HotSpot lokacije. Nakon unosa korisničkih podataka u postavkama aplikacije potrebno je uključiti opciju automatskog povezivanja na HotSpot. Uključenjem ove opcije aplikacija se pokušava spojiti na HotSpot ako je u blizini pronađena HotSpot lokacija, odnosno ako je dostupna HotSpot bežična mreža. HotSpot aplikacija treba biti uključena kako bi automatska prijava ispravno funkcionirala, tj. ako aplikacija radi u pozadini, automatsko spajanje na HotSpot neće raditi, već je potrebno uključiti aplikaciju.
