I have had no problems with T-Mobile. I have been with them since 2006. I have even taken them over seas with me and had 0 issues. Also, customer service is excellent. If I had any questions or issues with my bill, they were more then happy to resolve them for me. Even knock money off the bill for me. Never going to another carrier.
Don't switch to T-Mobile. They falsely advertise paying your early cancellation fee. They are trying to tell me they did not receive my cell phone. I provided proof of day sent, delivered etc with the tracking. I have not heard back from anyone and my early cancellation was not paid by T-Mobile. I followed ALL steps to required.
T-mobile is an excellent company. Their monthly bills for unlimited calls, texts, and data is very reasonable. Their customer service is superb, even on weekends, my wait was no longer than 5 minutes and the time it took to get what needed done finished took even less time. Every customer service representative I talked with was friendly and professional. I will gladly stick with t-mobile from now on.
Trying to use the app to make payments toward my phone using the EIP section. Payments are not being credited to equipment, going toward bill. Calling 611 was no help as they told me the app was just a bit behind. They are wrong, the app does not work for EIP! Made 3 calls to 611 and went to store to try and get this resolved. The solution, just make payments at the store or use the website! The solution should be YOU FIX THE APP AND DONT TELL ME I WRONG WHEN I AM LOOKING AT THE APP AND I CAN SEE IT.
I have been with T-MOBILE for nearly coming up to 10yrs now and still are so pleased with all the new programming/everything you update etc. I have nothing but the VERY BEST to say about T-Mobile but I will keep this note short. My description and feelings about T-Mobile overall is amazing, great,Always there for you etc. which means everything!!!!!!! I have been with T-Mobile for a VERY LONG AND GOOD WHILE & I am not planning on leaving. The app only works 1 out of 20 tries. I checked there are no updates doesn't allow me to make certain changes & if I need to turn off someone's data I can't & neither can customer service. Plus, my husband never gets calls at his work.
This version includes a number of bug fixes and performance enhancements.
