I have had T-Mobile for over a year with a phone and MiFi. Everything has been wonderful until a month ago after an unannounced update for both was executed and now neither work correctly. The signals are strong, but now have issues with upload speed on both. I can't watch any programs on my MiFi or use internet. My calls are coming through half the time even on 5G! And yes, I have re-booted and reset. Now the app isn't working and I can't get a hold of anyone. Disappointed.

After the most recent update the app refuses to fully load (on Samsung s22ultra). Doing all the standard troubleshooting like clearing cache/storage, re-installing app, restarting phone,etc DO NOT WORK. What's even more sad is that alot of the problems plaguing the app before it stopped working on this device are STILL UNRESOLVED. There's dragging your feet. And then there's what t-mobile is currently doing, which currently seems to be - nothing.

I hate this app. I try logging in every month to pay my bill and I have to reset my password every single time. Annoying and inconvenient. It's easier for me to just drive down to the store and pay it in person but they charge me extra for doing that. Probably switching carriers soon after being a 10 year customer.
