The new app looks nice, but features are missing. Not sure why T Life is included and still a stand alone app. In addition, you cannot view plans for watches, tablets, etc. only phone plans. Not surprising though as T-Mo has been very disappointing with treatment of customers and services. The decline of a once decent company continues. Update: Have to open and close app 4-5 times before it fully opens, then crashes within a few minutes...

A sloppy attempt as a consolidated app. It feels like it was designed with little thought or care. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making it difficult to navigate through even the simplest tasks. It's almost as if the developers didn't bother to test the application before releasing it to the public. Aside from the poo poo development It's stable and lets you do what you need to do once you spend enough time to figure out the unintuitive interface.
