Absolutely horrible. Nothing but problems with migration from Sprint. TMobile required buying a phone that was a duplicate of the one I had because of their lack of preparation. Nothing but issues. Phone app crashes. Visual VM not working. Customer service not trained in anything but the basics unless you luck out and find one of the few people who do know how to do something beyond the simplest migration. Bought another phone from T-Mobile. Does not connect to the network

Every time I try to change my password, it shows it's accepted. Then the page goes in a loop for loading but never loads. I try to exit and login and it says the password is wrong. So I try to reset and put in a password but it says I can't use an old password? This has been happening for months and I'm sick of it. Get a better app TMobile. I've been locked out while trying to pay a bill.

Worthless service. 5G is a joke. LTE is almost as bad. I'm sitting less than 600' from a tower, always full bars and there's almost no connection. Connecting to one of their servers in a city 70 miles away and my ping is over 120. Download speeds are atrocious, when you can get a stable enough connection to bother with. Streaming Netflix, Hulu, Paramount, or YouTube? Shiiiii, better hit Redbox on your way home. Switched from AT&T and it was glorious, for the first couple of months. Now it's sad.
