Ads and non-native screens. The app is absolutely loaded with ads for a whole bunch of garbage. A LOT of the app is non-native (maybe most of it), so it's clunky and slow. I like T-Mobile since they're the only ones with usable coverage in the Colorado mountains, but you would think that they could hire a good developer to make a decent app. And I have to say this: NO ad is EVER acceptable in something I pay for. Remove them all. You CANNOT offer a quality product that contains an ad. Ever.

Not necessarily for the app but just as a word of advice for anyone closing an account with T-Mobile, probably the worst service I've ever had! After you cancel you'll stop getting anything electronically and be stuck to paper bills so customer service will be unable to assist you in any way if you have any discrepancies. Pay off all your bills and make sure there aren't any installments before stopping service.

This is a horrible feature T-Moble added to the phones. Often you get a ad notification where they try to get you to install other apps to your phone. And you can't swipe away this ad notification, you have to click on it and go through the process of deselecting apps that they are trying to get you to install. This is very annoying and I don't know how to stop it.
